Stored according to package duration: Free 14 days, Standard 90 days, Premium 180 days from event date.

Retained for the life of the account. Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.

Retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

You may request to view your personal data we hold at any time.

You can update your personal information from the account settings page.

You can delete your account and all data through settings, or send a request to our email.

You can download all your photos in ZIP format from the event management page.
